When you, as a consumer, shop on 73.gl, you have, of course, 24 months warranty.
However, the right of complaint may be limited by the natural life of the product. This applies to eg batteries and the like, which can be described as consumables.
This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, money back or a discount in price, depending on the specific situation. This, of course, means that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of an improper use of the product or inappropriate use.
The Purchase Act deficiencies may apply.
A defect is a defect that occurred at the time of delivery – typically manufacturing and / or material defects.
Should the item, as expected, break during the claims period and be covered by the right of complaint, defective goods are repaired or replaced at our or the manufacturer’s workshop free of charge.
Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse on the part of the user is not covered by the warranty. This also includes changing the applied current to any relevant component. Goods should be returned with an invoice copy stating the time of purchase of the advertised product, otherwise the processing of the case may be extended.
- Use of the right of complaint
It must be advertised within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. If a complaint is made within 2 months, the complaint will always be within a reasonable time.
We encourage you to make a statement regarding the product’s defect or defect in connection with the complaint, as failure to do so may extend the processing time due to wide troubleshooting.
Always make an appointment regarding return of an item with Enoksen Aps. before sending.
Always remember to return the item in proper packaging (preferably the original), and we encourage you to get a receipt from the carrier.
